Who is Shop Girl Mastermind for? It’s for boutique owners who are craving some FRESH PERSPECTIVE and need some guidance, support, instruction and interaction while they navigate business changes due this pandemic.

Retail Instruction. Weekly instruction with daily discussion on the following topics:

• Online Selling

• Setting different goals

• Taking action and what specifically that means for you.

• Setting boundaries and expectations

• Work processes and standards

• Selling adjustments

• Understanding retail randing and marketing online

  Style Lounge - Beyond the numbers this guide helps you understand selling on a thoughtful human level. If you want to connect with your customers better, and create an incredible customer service experience in your store then this is for you.

  Progress sessions. Weekly co-working and planning virtual meet ups where there’s I will introduce the coursework and topic of the week. I will give a lengthy informative discussion on that topic, and you can ask me questions via video and/or audio.

  Ongoing weekly coaching check-ins via voxer app where we can follow up with each other, and again you can ask questions and get the answers you need on virtually any topic.

  Merchandising and Marketing. We’ll go over the impact buying, visual merchandising, and marketing have on your business, and how to reach more shoppers with a consistent plan.
